Become a key player as a Product Manager:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Expert to join our team. This role will provide high-touch consulting support for our strategic initiatives and play a pivotal role in driving our Product Management Center of Excellence in the Adobe Technology Services organization. The ideal candidate will enhance our product management capabilities and drive success across our organization by contributing to a fast-paced, highly matrixed, and ambiguous environment. They will have a deep understanding of product management best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
  • Develop, implement, and promote product management standards and best practices, including defining requirements, crafting visions, and establishing key success metrics, to foster a Product-Led mindset across Adobe Technology Services
  • Provide consulting support to product teams on high-visibility, multi-year CIO-level initiatives, offering tailored guidance and occasionally acting as a "Proxy Product Manager" to model best practices
  • Create and deliver customized training programs, coaching sessions, and workshops to enhance product management skills and apply best practices effectively
  • Conduct maturity assessments to evaluate product team performance, identify improvement areas, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to optimize workflows and efficiency
  • Establish organizational performance metrics that align with business goals and ensure continuous improvement in product management practices
  • Design and execute change management and internal marketing strategies to drive adoption of product management standards across a workforce of 3,000 and partnering business units
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, User Experience, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5–7 years of experience in product management, including leading, delivering, and launching complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, best practices, and tools
  • Proven ability to conduct training, workshops, and coaching sessions for groups of 50+ people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience in consulting or advisory roles related to product management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with maturity assessments and diagnostics (preferred)
Pay Range: 
$90.00 - $98.50/hour
