• Leverage your expertise to design and execute impactful organizational strategies that enable top-tier business functions to thrive. In this role, you’ll partner with senior executives to navigate organizational transformation and drive alignment between business and talent strategies.

• Facilitate high-level discussions with SVP and EVP leaders to shape problem statements and develop strategies that improve how work is organized and executed
• Drive comprehensive organizational transformations, from initial assessment to full-scale implementation
• Support functional reorganizations to enhance efficiency and alignment with company objectives
• Lead the evolution of business strategies and operating models to meet future growth goals
• Design and execute organizational effectiveness initiatives that prioritize global considerations and cultural awareness
• Contribute to and enhance the company’s OE/OD programs as part of a broader Community of Practice

• 10+ years of experience in HR and organizational effectiveness, including leading large-scale transformations
• Proven ability to design and implement workflows, cost efficiency strategies, and functional reorganizations at a global level
• Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading full-day working sessions for senior leadership teams
• A consultative approach with the ability to influence and challenge assumptions at all organizational levels
• Familiarity with designing solutions that account for cultural and regional nuances across multinational teams

• Experience in formal consulting roles or driving initiatives in multi-functional, global environments
• A strong background in project management, strategic thinking, and business acumen
• A desire to leverage expertise without the demands of traditional consulting travel schedules

Pay Range:
$76.00 - $84.50/hour
