Sanitas is hiring a Full-Time Patient Experience Representative for our Jacksonville - Regency facility in Jacksonville, FL. The Patient Experience Representative will be committed to providing exceptional patient service, supporting patients, their families, and Sanitas staff. This role is key to maintaining a positive, family-centered, problem-solving environment, where employees provide memorable experiences for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and families.
• Serve as an expert on patient-and-family-centered care.
• Greet and guide patients, providing assistance as needed.
• Handle patient concerns and direct them to appropriate resources.
• Manage stress and workload effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Foster a compassionate environment by building strong relationships with staff, patients, and families.
• Supervise the lobby area, addressing delays and assisting with service recovery.
• Support the implementation of patient experience best practices and service models.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must meet immunization and health screening requirements.
• Flexible schedule to rotate weekends, holidays, and shifts.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and physical activity required.
• Vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision.
• Exposure to environmental conditions and noise.
