Are you ready to take your knowledge and experience in technology, continuous delivery, collaborating and problem solving to deliver operational solutions? We have a unique opportunity within the Customer Success Enablement team for a person with vision, passion for excellence and a track record of success. This role is about supporting a customer success organization with ongoing support of Renewal Opportunity reporting, data analytics, financial planning and cross-functional projects.


Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
  • Work across services teams and business and technology to represent the interests and needs of the Workday Specialized Customer Success Team
  • Clearly and concisely communicate with colleagues of all levels (including the executive team)
  • Manage and contribute to tactical tasks, such as dashboard and reporting advisory, data analytics , forecasting, financial analysis, and business process documentation and enablement for business processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and build dashboards and reporting from various source systems
  • Use your energy, drive, adaptability and enthusiasm to perpetrate the positive vibes throughout the company
  • Looking for people who have experience with Sales Operations or Services Operation, and in depth knowledge and experience with, renewal opportunity, or subscriptions management and other cross functional experiences
  • Lead effective meetings, understand and document dependencies and action items, foster collaboration, keep everyone on track and organized
  • Hands on system experience with Salesforce, Tableau and Gainsight
  • Data modeling, analysis and process optimization
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, which includes escalation to stakeholders as needed.​​​
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related business discipline.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and resources.
  • Well-developed organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor communications to different audiences and distill significant information timely
  • Ability to bring parties together to create effective solutions.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Tableau skills optional
  • Working knowledge of Gainsight & Google sheets
Pay Range:
$34.00 - $40.00/hour
