Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted line to President & CEO, the Marketing Manager will develop, lead, manage, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns, conduct attribution analysis, and drive overall marketing performance. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and the ability to partner across all areas of the business. The Marketing Manager will be based out of Dallas, TX.
To be successful in the role, one must -- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. social media, email, search engines, display advertising) for car wash and Jiffy Lube business.
- Influence pricing strategies and conduct competitive analysis to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with market trends and business objectives.
- Create, manage, and optimize direct mail marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct attribution analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and attribution analysis.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and attribution analysis
- Prior experience in the car wash industry (express / flex / full service)
- Experience with managing outsourced marketing vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Pay Range
- $80,000.00 Annually to $150,000.00 Annually
