JOB SUMMARY

Working in collaboration with internal and external resources, the Inside Sales Aftermarket position will primarily focus on growing the overall Aftermarket business. The position will perform basic analysis to determine target customers to pursue to recapture and grow our part sales, field service, and service contract revenue streams. This critical role additionally assists with other inter-office functions required to support the daily sales and customer service activities vital to MMT’s overall success and customer satisfaction.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
  1. Perform basic analysis to determine target customers to pursue
    1. Utilizing Tableau reports already established, look for changes in customer buying behavior and prioritize customer business recovery
    2. Look at existing install base reports to identify equipment out of warranty 3 to 5 years to position to customer a field service technician visits to evaluate the equipment performance
    3. Utilizing existing reports in Tableau and Salesforce, look for opportunities to win new or renew existing Service Contracts with customer base.
    4. Partner with Field Service to develop reports that demonstrate the value our service teams to customers
  2. Provide support and collaborate with peers as needed to keep a high focus on a positive customer experience.
  3. Communicate via phone, email, and video conferencing tools with customers.
  4. Ability to work in multiple ERP’s to prepare quotations for customers to proactively sell parts, services, or contracts
  5. Generate and maintain Salesforce opportunities and pipeline to track and forecast potential bookable orders.
  6. Ability to prepare basic power point presentations to demonstrate via remote session with customers the service offerings for MMT and the value we can contribute to the customer
  7. Collect customer feedback and review pricing for Service Contracts to ensure we remain consistent with industry expectations.
  8. Receive and utilize training on MMT equipment sold to best position the aftermarket opportunity with the customer to convert to sale.
  9. Perform other duties as needed to assist the company in attaining its sales objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid Driver License issued by the United States of America Department of Transportation.
  • Experience – 1-3 Years Inside Sales experience
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

WORKING ENVIROMENT 
This position will require the ability to work under pressing conditions in a professional and responsive manner. Must Work With A Purpose to drive projects through to completion, displaying the ability to obtain results through an influential demeanor.

This position is located at our Minneapolis Customer Experience Center (CEC) although occasional travel to other offices or possibly customer sites may be necessary, especially while onboarding and learning the equipment MMT produces. Travel should not exceed 25%
