Sanitas is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Visit Planner for our Broward - Hollywood facility in Hollywood, FL. This role involves coordinating administrative and clinical tasks to ensure patients are fully prepared for their appointments and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.Benefits:

- Schedule - Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
- Confirm appointments and provide patients with preparatory instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR) and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Manage appointment calendars and collaborate with Quality/HIM coordinators on standing orders and medical records.
- Educate patients on visit expectations and address concerns.
- Identify and resolve issues in pre-visit processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: 1+ years in the medical field is required; a medical assistant diploma or a healthcare field diploma (certified nurse assistant, patient technician) with 1+ years experience in lieu of an MA diploma.
- Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, familiarity with EHR systems, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching in a fast-paced clinical environment.
