Sanitas is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Visit Planner for our Broward - Hollywood facility in Hollywood, FL. This role involves coordinating administrative and clinical tasks to ensure patients are fully prepared for their appointments and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, verify, and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
  • Confirm appointments and provide patients with preparatory instructions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR) and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Manage appointment calendars and collaborate with Quality/HIM coordinators on standing orders and medical records.
  • Educate patients on visit expectations and address concerns.
  • Identify and resolve issues in pre-visit processes to improve efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 1+ years in the medical field is required; a medical assistant diploma or a healthcare field diploma (certified nurse assistant, patient technician) with 1+ years experience in lieu of an MA diploma.
  • Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, familiarity with EHR systems, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Required Skills
