Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Job Summary: The Administrator, Quality Management plays a crucial role in managing and supporting all activities related to campaigns like Data Analytics and reporting, Inventory management and Program management. This position requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns. The Administrator will participate in meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of issues and concerns and will be responsible for creating detailed quality reports. By analyzing quality concerns and data trends from ports, the administrator will provide actionable insights to improve vehicle quality. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality assurance within the automotive industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all port campaigns to minimize impact on vehicle wholesale.
  • Validate campaign procedures for effectiveness and legal compliance.
  • Communicate necessary information to all parties involved in the campaign process.
  • Ensure ports are trained and equipped to conduct campaigns.
  • Maintain and distribute inventory of campaign parts.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly port campaign status reports.
  • Create vehicle inventory status reports as needed.
  • Conduct new Model Year (MY) Port of Entry (POE) audits.
  • Coordinate and support all related port reporting requirements (First point of rest, load lane, etc.).
  •  Campaign support includes: Data Analytics, and reporting. Inventory management and Program management.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Automotive Quality, Automotive Logistics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in hardware and software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Photography skills and vehicle evaluation in both static and dynamic conditions.
  • High degree of cross-functional cooperation and coordination.
  • Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data analytic tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Completion of mandatory training required.
  • Minimum of two years in quality assurance in the automotive industry.
