Our Automotive Client seeks an IT Business Applications Support Manager to oversee global Tier 1, 2, and 3 helpdesk support. The role is based, preferably, in Flevoland (Netherlands) or Brussels (Belgium), with a hybrid work model. It requires regular visits to one of the managed sites and a steady presence at a primary site for at least three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the international support team for the 1st and 2nd levels, which has users distributed across sites, including Mauritius, the USA, Benelux, and the United Kingdom.
- Manage the support and maintenance of business applications (ERP, CRM, CPQ) in 27 countries, ensuring system availability and functionality.
- Oversee ticket management using incident management systems such as Top Desk (CMDB) and Jira.
- Ensure escalation and support for Tier 3 interventions, including minor updates and fixes.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and business stakeholders, participating in monthly reviews, providing issue analysis, and recommending improvements.
- Provide periodic data and reports to IT leadership.
- Support planning for updates and release management.
- Oversee onboarding of new applications, including infrastructure, PC, and telecommunications management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and familiarity with business applications such as ERP, CRM, and CPQ systems.
- Knowledge of D365F&O, D365CE, AX2012, AX2009, and NAV2017 is an advantage.
- Experience with ticketing systems and PMO tools.
- Proficiency in release management and update planning.
- Strong listening, analytical, and result-oriented skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
