Your New Job The Position: Field Construction Specialist and employees and customers. Duties range from safety analysis, site visits, site task analysis, job site/material prep, and crew communication. The Field Construction Specialist and Construction Manager can fill in for project manager on a temporary basis and has ability to communicate with customer.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Oversees the construction of multiple projects simultaneously which includes ensuring materials are ready, site documentation for installation is ready for crew, scheduling, coordination of permits, inspections, and utilities, reviewing VQA’s for completion, compliance, and approval, COP documentation is submitted timely, necessary safety procedures are taken, and job site remains clean and organization during construction.
Competently delivers daily updates to project managers and ensures project remains on schedule.
Successfully train and mentor field technicians to provide the highest quality work in an efficient manner while upholding safety at the highest level.
Possess acceptable time management, people management, and leadership skills.
Continually shows company support by following and enforcing all company policies and procedures.
Strives to provide quality workmanship.
Proven to be reliable and punctual.
Shows positive attitude, works well with his crew, upholds the highest safety measures, and promotes the True North culture.
