Salary Range: $195K - $235K

Job Description
The Senior Operations Manager acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Oversees Contractor execution of the contract requirements. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources. Monitors and ensures compliance with all applicable Federal and Department of Defense acquisition regulations.
This role is part of an exciting new project that we anticipate launching soon, offering a unique chance to be at the forefront of our latest initiatives. Anticipated start date would be mid-March 2025.Position Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and Department of Defense acquisition regulations.
- Provide subject matter expertise on DoD security policy and regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the program/project, ensuring all tasks are executed according to contract specifications.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to security regulations, DoD policies, and Federal & DoD acquisition regulations.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and the Government program authority to ensure a smooth flow of information and seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technical or Business-related discipline.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- 10-yrs experience in program and project management
- Extensive experience ensuring compliance with Federal and DoD acquisition regulations.
- Proven experience in providing subject matter expertise on DoD security policy and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of complex programs/projects.
- Strong background in facilitating communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and Government program authorities.
Education Allowable Substitution:
- Associate degree plus two years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree; or
- Four years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
