Key Responsibilities:

· Review all projects completed in-home with the Design Consultant.

· Determine if remote measure is a possibility.

· Work with the project manager admin to schedule non-remote projects.

· Guide the Design Consultant and homeowner through all units to determine measurements, operation direction, and all window and install details.

· Turn all tech measure files within 24 hours.

· Track all projects done remotely for analysis by the Senior Project Manager.

· Confirm product and materials needed for installation.

· Complete cut list and material list.

· Utilize Field Service Lightning, including detailed notes and photos.
