Sanitas is Hiring a Full-Time RN Charge Nurse in Memphis,TN
Sanitas seeks a dedicated RN Charge Nurse for its Memphis-Whitehaven, TN facility. This role involves providing outpatient nursing care, supporting clinical staff, and serving as a liaison between operations and medical leadership. The RN Charge Nurse ensures compliance with protocols, mentors clinical staff, and performs advanced nursing procedures beyond the scope of unlicensed assistive personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver care across one or more medical center locations.
- Conduct training, competency assessments, and clinical interviews for staff.
- Serve as a role model, fostering service excellence and patient-focused care.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and clinical procedures.
- Monitor and maintain clinical equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Perform advanced procedures, such as wound care and vaccinations.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve productivity and staff development.

Qualifications:
- BSN or equivalent nursing education; active Tennessee RN license.
- IV Certification and CPR-BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; case management experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years in care management or patient education.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional exposure to noise and temperature changes.About Sanitas:

Active clear state Registered Nurse License
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, ASN
1+ years outpatient primary care setting
Proficient in ECW, Excel, Word, and Power Point
Travel is required most of the time
CPR-BLS required

2+ year in primary and urgent care setting
Bachelor of Nursing preferred
Knowledge of state scope of practices of nursing and of Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP)
Worked independently
ACLS preferred
