Turnpoint Services Group is hiring an HRBP Senior Manager for their people team. This is a remote position that will require ~30% travel.
Strategy & Leadership
The HRBP Sr. Manager will make key contributions to the People Team and help lead the transformation of the HR department. Collaborate with senior leadership and peers to define the organization’s long-term mission and goals related to Human Resources, employee engagement, retention, and talent management. The HRBP manager will lead and develop a team of HRBP’s. Working with the People leadership team, this role is instrumental in redefining how our leaders partner with HR and how HR supports and enables the growth and development of both brand and TurnPoint leaders.

- Partner with leadership to align People/HR strategy to achieve corporate priorities.
- Able to translate strategic business plans into HR strategy and operations plans.
- Build trusting relationships with functional leaders (Legal, Finance, IT, EHS), operations at all levels of the organization.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals providing services consisting of HRIS, Benefits, HR Solution Center, and HR Operations teams.
- Oversee HRBP team, ensuring service level agreements with employees and functional partners are maintained or exceeded.
- Maintain a systems approach to HR and HR technology, drive for seamless integrations, and a consumer-grade employee/manager experience.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures as required by law are in place. Enable practices around core HR initiatives that achieve equitable outcomes while minimizing bureaucracy.
- Facilitate change management strategies for HR initiatives.
- Drive engagement, retention, organizational health, and culture initiatives.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the business and how it supports the broader enterprise.
- Design strategic initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness with specific focus on functional strategy and operating model to drive enterprise contribution, impact, and value.
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure effective organization design, structure, and staffing models.
Education and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 5+ years of human resource management experience required.
- Experience leading transformational change and/or operating in progressive, rapidly growing organizations.
- Experience leading a distributed remote HR team.
