What You’ll Learn 
As a Construction Operations intern, you’ll get experience in supporting IBHS’s research including, but not limited to:

• Performing physical tasks associated with construction and/or facilities management and computer-based management systems
• Maintaining digital communications and schedule for construction and facilities manager.
• Learning carpentry and/or facilities teams associated with each trade
• Gain insight into the tools, workload and skills required in this industry in a safe environment with conscientious and skilled crews

• Be organized, detail‐oriented, and have the willingness to learn new technologies
• Strive for the highest quality of work, following precise instructions
• Work well in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
• Be excellent problem solvers, both individually and as part of a team
• Be good communicators, with excellent writing and speaking skills
• Have basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows® and Office®
• Trello, Wrike, and/or P6 experience
• Carpentry experience
