• Responsible for preparation of invoices
• Investigate and resolve billing queries
• Create and maintain customer records
• Review customer contracts
• Issue invoice adjustments
• ​​​Assist with month end responsibilities
• Perform tax related tasks (including sales tax end user schedules)
• Special projects as assigned

• At least two years of accounts receivable (or similar) experience preferred
• Strong computer skills are necessary, including Excel
• General accounting experience preferred
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Organized, detail oriented and accurate
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter
• Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to review customer contracts

Pay Range: 
$20.00 - $23/hour
