POSITION SUMMARY: Employee in this position will accurately manage measurement information from multiple sources, analyze that data through the data management system and provide best available information to data users on a timely basis. Presents a positive and professional image to customers, vendors, employees and the public.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Perform all activities in compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory and company policies.
  2. Administer and support the operation of the FlowCal system for the measurement group.
  3. Maintain accurate measurement information in the Flow-Cal measurement system.
  4. Resolve data exceptions including system processing errors, missing or incorrect data, and physical parameters.
  5. Verify the accuracy and conduct audits of measurement data as needed or provided by outside measuring parties.  
  6. Support and assist in the provision of accurate data to the accounting group.
  7. Provide technical validation of gas analyses and quality information received based on established system parameters.
  8. Work closely with others in the measurement team to ensure any adjustments to measurement data are performed and processed accurately and in a timely manner. 
  9. Provide data and insight to the measurement team to assist in system measurement balance issue resolution.
  10. Provide internal and external customers with measurement data as needed.
  11. Maintain accurate records of measurement reports, data edits and volume adjustments.  
  12. Must work with limited supervision.
  13. Work with the measurement team to recognize and improve processes and procedures in the system.
  14. Participate in, and complete training for, any company environmental, regulatory, Health and Safety or other company programs as required.
  15. Performs other job-related duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor.  
  16. Maintains good working relationships with co-workers, officers and managers, company customers, vendors and contractors.
  17. Must have ability to analyze issues, define problems, collect data and draw well-reasoned conclusions in a timely manner.
  18. Must maintain strict confidentiality, including the ability to recognize situations in which confidentiality is required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Working knowledge of Gas Measurement principles and NGL measurement principles.
  • Strong computer skills and advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of FlowCal measurement software
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance policy.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and criminal history background check.
