Sales & Marketing Assistant | Temp-to-Hire | $18-20/hr | On-Site; Blue Bell, PA | Full-Time (Mon thru Fri) 

We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join a leading nationwide publishing firm! If you have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, this role is for you. You'll support sales initiatives, assist with marketing campaigns, and help drive brand success.

A Day in the Life of a Sales & Marketing Assistant
  • Prepare and maintain customer item quotes and setup documentation.
  • Update and manage price lists and product catalogs to ensure accuracy.
  • Process light order entry with attention to detail.
  • Compile, update, and distribute daily sales reports.
  • Assist in the creation of sample mock-ups and coordinate sample submissions for each buying season.
  • Take detailed and accurate notes during meetings to support team coordination.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the execution of promotional campaigns.
Requirements of the Sales & Marketing Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with above-average skills in data analysis and presentation creation.
  • Ability to work on-site in the office five days per week.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm, and dedication to achieving excellence in all tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
