Description
Are you a collaborator who thrives on thoughtful, high-impact work? Are you driven to change the standard of care in women’s health?

The Lactation Network is hiring a Creative Project Manager to support our marketing team’s creative initiatives. This position will bring an understanding of marketing project management and process development.

We are a small, tight-knit, purpose-driven organization with big growth goals in 2025 and beyond. We don’t have all the answers and we don’t expect you to, either. We do expect you to be curious, hardworking, and striving to be your best self.

Breakdown of the role:
  • Project Management (40%). Manage the marketing creative team’s projects and workflow by vetting incoming requests, assigning them to the proper parties, tracking progress, and helping the team deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Creative Resource Allocation (35%). Review incoming projects to understand requirements and assign them to the appropriate team members or external resources for execution.
  • Process Optimization & Workflow Improvements (15%). Identify areas to improve efficiency in creative project workflows, optimize Asana setups, and implement SOPs for recurring processes to streamline collaboration.
  • Administrative & Reporting (10%). Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and decision logs. Ensure alignment with SOPs for workflows and task handoffs.
What you’ll do
Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Project Manager, you will:
  • Manage the marketing creative team’s capacity and asset creation, ensuring work is effectively prioritized and resourced.
  • Delegate tasks across internal marketing teammates and external agency partners, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right work.
  • Own task creation, workflow management, and updates in Asana, ensuring real-time visibility into project progress.
  • Collateral review and QA. You will review assets prior to sending them to teams for review to ensure they match the brief and meet brand standards.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, decision logs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new creative freelancers, setting them up in Asana and other necessary platforms.
  • Lead weekly status meetings, track dependencies, and escalate risks as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Act as the primary liaison for our agency partners, overseeing deliverables, approvals, and project workflows.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
