- Champion pragmatic agility best practices by continuously assessing team behaviors, providing targeted coaching, and fostering a mindset of adaptability and resilience.
- Introduce pragmatic agility frameworks beyond Scrum where necessary (Kanban, SAFe, Lean), tailoring practices to fit team dynamics and program outcomes.
- Support a culture of psychological safety, ensuring all team members feel comfortable raising concerns, suggesting improvements, and experimenting with new approaches.
- Track and analyze team performance data to uncover inefficiencies, identify trends, and introduce solutions that enhance team execution speed and predictability.

- Act as an escalation point for complex team challenges, facilitating solutions through coaching, conflict resolution, or process adjustments.
- Ensure pragmatic agility delivery risks are flagged early, and work with program leadership to adjust roadmaps or resources to maintain momentum.
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading pragmatic agility teams in a software development environment.
- Strong expertise in pragmatic agility methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with a deep understanding of pragmatic agility values and principles.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM), or equivalent pragmatic agility certification required.
