Job Summary: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to join our team at Congruex for the summer. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our recruitment efforts, learning the ins and outs of talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates
Support scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
Help manage applicant tracking systems and maintain candidate data
Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding projects
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed
Required Skills :
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
