Join our leading construction equipment dealership with 14 locations as a Staff Accountant. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and premium equipment to our clients, and we need a talented individual like you to help us maintain our financial health and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Regularly create and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • General Ledger Entries: Accurately post accounting transactions to the general ledger.
  • Account Reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy of account balances by matching bank statements with company records.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: Process invoices, track payments due, and manage customer receivables effectively.
  • Monthly/Quarterly Close Process: Assist in closing accounting periods by preparing necessary reports and reconciling accounts.
  • Expense Processing: Manage Concur expense processing on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate and timely submission and approval of employee expenses.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Reporting: Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders, including profit and loss statements and cash flow analysis.
  • Internal Controls: Maintain and adhere to established internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist in the preparation of monthly sales tax returns.
  • Auditing Support: Provide necessary documentation and assistance to external auditors.
