Envelope Machine Adjuster | Direct-Hire position $35-$40/hr. | On-Site Downingtown, PA

A day in the life of an Envelope Machine Adjuster- Operate and adjust envelope manufacturing machines for optimal production.
- Configure settings for ink, rollers, and paper to meet job specifications.
- Inspect envelopes for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of machine supplies and report any material or equipment issues.
- Keep production reports and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
- Experience adjusting a Winkler & Dunnebier (W&D) 527 or Classic envelope converter is required.
- Ability to operate and learn envelope manufacturing machines quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, bend/kneel frequently, and lift up to 50 lbs.
