This is a full-time position that works 8:45a – 5:45p, Monday - Friday. The pay is $14 per hour with merit increases depending on experience and qualifications. This role is onsite at our center located: 2610 John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34741

As the Preschool Teacher of the 3-year-old classroom, you will work to design and implement engaging developmental activities that prepare children for school. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing their pre reading, pre-math, language, and social skills. In this position, you’ll serve as a role model and mentor, creating a vibrant classroom environment filled with fun and interactive learning experiences.
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Follow all facility policies and state regulations
• Maintain a personal and professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Provide effective communication with both students and adults to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns
What We Need from You:
• High school diploma / GED, or degree in related field of study required
• FL DCF 45 hours required
• National CDA in Preschool highly preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of professional early childhood education or experience
• Must clear a full DCF level II background check
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and basic computer skills
• Strong understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where students are engaged and encouraged to succeed
