Job Title: Microsoft Enablement Manager
We are seeking a Microsoft Enablement Manager to drive the success of our Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. This role is a blend of program management, sales enablement, and customer engagement, ensuring that both internal teams and customers fully understand the value of Microsoft’s cloud solutions and the advantages of using Opkalla as their CSP partner.

The ideal candidate will oversee Microsoft funding and incentives, train sales teams, and engage directly with customers to articulate CSP value throughout the pre- and post-sales process. Additionally, this role will involve earning Microsoft certifications that enhance Opkalla’s positioning in the market.


Responsibilities
Program & Customer Enablement
  • Clearly articulate and promote the value of Opkalla as a Microsoft CSP.
  • Engage with customers to help them understand the benefits of Microsoft cloud solutions and navigate funding opportunities.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and the CSP program, ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
  • Educate customers on Microsoft’s partner ecosystem, funding requirements, and licensing structures.
Microsoft Funding & Sales Support
  • Guide customers and internal teams through Microsoft funding opportunities, maximizing financial benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem, funding requirements, and incentive programs.
  • Assist in deal structuring and licensing guidance, helping sales teams craft strategic and financially optimized proposals.
Strategic Planning & Market Alignment
  • Develop and maintain a playbook outlining best practices for Microsoft funding, licensing, and deal structuring.
  • Stay ahead of emerging Microsoft technologies (e.g., CoPilot, AI, security solutions) and ensure Opkalla remains at the forefront of cloud advancements.
  • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies.
Training & Enablement Initiatives
  • Train sales teams on Microsoft CSP offerings, funding strategies, and how to position Microsoft solutions effectively.
  • Increase the number and quality of educational workshops, enabling deeper engagement with potential and existing clients.
  • Drive participation in Microsoft-funded value-added activities to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction.
Process Improvement & Internal Collaboration
  • Partner with Operations, Architecture, Sales, and Marketing teams to optimize how Microsoft funding programs are leveraged.
  • Analyze current project operations and develop structured workflows that improve efficiency.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability in how Microsoft CSP offerings are presented and managed.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft CSP, partner programs, cloud sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing, products, services, and cloud funding programs.
  • Ability to create strategic, actionable plans that resonate with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both internal teams and external clients.
  • Experience in customer engagement, sales enablement, or pre-sales technical sales.
  • Strong ability to navigate Microsoft’s funding ecosystem and drive customer adoption.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, CSP-related certifications).
  • Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or Value-Added Reseller (VAR).
  • Background in customer success, sales, or partner program management.
