JOB SUMMARY
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing office operations, coordinating communication, maintaining records and supporting the staff in their day-to-day activities. This position ensures the smooth functioning of the office environment, facilitates effective communication, and implements administrative processes and procedures.
This role works to achieve operational targets under general supervision. Requires the ability to influence others by explaining facts, policies and practices. Problems faced may be difficult but generally not complex. Demonstrates integrity, accountability and transparency; upholds BKV standards, values and culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Typical job responsibilities of the OFFICE MANAGER include:- Provide support to executive leadership including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
- Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate logistics for visiting stakeholders.
- Maintain, organize, and keep up-to-date records, files, and documents.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, such as managing the G&A (general and administrative), tracking expenses, processing invoices, and coordinating with the finance department.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines in the office environment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Supervises a team consisting of support level employees. Provides day-to-day work direction for team, focused on maintaining steady workflow, productivity and efficiently resolving issues.
- Set expectations, provide feedback, and create a positive work environment for direct reports.
- Perform other duties as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS- Advanced knowledge of administrative processes and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and job-related applications. Uses insights from digital tools to improve performance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE- High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS - This position is located in Denver, CO at BKV Headquarters. Remote work will be considered.
- Indoor working environment that requires the ability to perform repetitive motions and operate standard office equipment.
- May occasionally be exposed to distracting noise while sharing office space with others.
SALARY RANGE- $74,000 to $122,000
