ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, with a strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization. The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making by transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business functions such as sales, inventory, supply chain, and customer behavior. This individual will collaborate across teams to ensure the effective design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions, enabling key stakeholders to make informed decisions that optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Deliverables
Power BI & Excel Development:- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for tracking business metrics such as sales trends, inventory levels, revenue, and customer behavior.
- Leverage Excel and Power BI (DAX, Power Query) to create data visualizations and optimize reports for performance and user experience.
- Ensure reports and dashboards are tailored to business needs, with clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across sales, supply chain, inventory, and customer metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design analytical solutions that drive business outcomes.
Key Activities & Responsibilities- Support the optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP in the areas of Supply Chain Planning and Execution [Safety stocks, PFEP, segmenting, etc].
- Aiding and leading projects related to Supply Chain optimization.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:- 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role with a focus on business intelligence and data analysis.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI or comparable Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools, demonstrating proficiency in data visualization, dashboard creation, and insightful reporting - expertise in Power BI and Excel (DAX, Power Query, custom visuals, and optimization).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion, specifically with Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, and Sourcing preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
