Apartment Property Manager - Buckhead, Atlanta, GA

About the Role:

• Manage a 300-unit, Class AA highrise apartment community in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, GA.
• Oversee all property management responsibilities, including marketing, leasing, financial management, customer service, and personnel management.
• Require a minimum of 3-5 years of highrise apartment management experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in Yardi property management software (preferred).
• Exceptional skills in marketing, sales, customer service, and financial management.
• Strong personnel management and leadership abilities.
• Maintain a professional image and demeanor.
