JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Solutions Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our low carbon product portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of sustainable product innovation, market trends, and the environmental challenges that drive demand for low-carbon alternatives. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing experience, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to communicate complex environmental benefits to diverse audiences.
This role is recognized as a subject matter expert in the work area. Manages large projects or processes, policies and standards under limited supervision. Coaches, reviews and delegates work to junior employees. Problems faced may be difficult and often complex. Demonstrates integrity, accountability and transparency; upholds BKV standards, values and culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Typical job responsibilities of the CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS MANAGER include:- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to shape low carbon product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with product development, sustainability, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and sustainability objectives.
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to increase awareness and adoption of low carbon products.
- Manage content creation for product brochures, website pages, social media, and other promotional materials.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns for improved reach and engagement.
- Build and grow brand awareness for the company's low carbon products.
- Develop lead generation strategies and work with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Educate customers on the environmental benefits of low carbon products and the importance of sustainability.
- Advocate for the company's sustainability initiatives in the marketplace and at industry events.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the marketing strategy supports broader organizational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS- Strong understanding of the natural gas market, including the regulatory, environmental, and technological trends impacting the industry.
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of low carbon technologies, sustainable products, and the environmental impact of various industries.
- Experience working with low-carbon products or in a sustainability-focused role.
- Familiarity with carbon accounting, sustainability certifications, and environmental regulations preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related applications. Uses understanding of digital concepts to create basic digital tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the sustainability, energy, or environmental sectors.
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of low carbon technologies, sustainable products, and the environmental impact of various industries.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS- Indoor working environment that requires the ability to perform repetitive motions and operate standard office equipment.
- May occasionally be exposed to distracting noise while sharing office space with others.
- Up to 30% travel required.
SALARY RANGE
$107,000 to $198,000
