Compensation: $1,000 per day

We provide on-site services, including audiology, dentistry, podiatry, and optometry, to senior centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and veteran homes across 20+ states. Schedule

  • Weekday availability, typically 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Audiologist, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry, tailored to the geriatric population.
  • Diagnose and manage hearing disorders, including age-related hearing loss and other conditions.
  • Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, and ongoing support to ensure optimal device performance.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on hearing health, communication strategies, and hearing aid maintenance.
  • Collaborate with care staff to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
  • Adapt to the unique needs of elderly patients, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited program.
  • An active state license to practice audiology.
  • Experience providing audiology care to seniors or in geriatric settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with care teams.
  • Must be able to speak either Mandarin or Cantonese.
