Our client has retained our services to hire a full-time FP&A and Strategy Analyst in Baltimore, MD or surrounding areas.  
  
As the FP&A and Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and operational integrations. This role will also involve supporting the operations and revenue cycle management teams, ensuring financial health and efficiency of operations.

Job Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

• Exposure to M&A activities, supporting operational integrations, and integration process

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling

• Healthcare industry experience preferred
