Hueman Direct Hire is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing outpatient primary care team in San Antonio, TX. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a physician who values patient-centered care, team collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
- Promote preventive care through screenings, wellness exams, and patient education
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Refer patients to specialists and support ongoing treatment plans
- Provide timely care for urgent medical issues in the clinic setting
- Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation following regulatory standards
- Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with valid unencumbered license to practice the profession
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Current active Federal and State DEA License
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and rapport with patients and families.
- Dedication to lifelong learning and staying abreast of advances in family medicine.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support patient care.
- Flexibility to support occasional extended hours or community-based events as needed
Physical Requirements:
This role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Ability to handle various physical tasks and maintain focus in a busy environment.
