Position Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Shelby, OH
 

Position Summary: 

RS Hanline is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to work in our Shelby, OH facility. This individual will be responsible for handling all inventory-related processes, working closely with both accounting and production.

Responsibilities: 

• Tracking inventory maintenance and bills of materials
• Controlling flows of equipment and supplies.
• Reporting to management and advising on process improvements.
• Coordinating and directing multiple teams.
• Developing loss mitigation processes and protocols.
• Training less experienced inventory workers.
• Compiling inventory reports.
• Addressing any problems, obstacles or challenges.
• Forecasting future inventory requirements.
• Maintaining labor standards by collaborating with plant supervision.

 
Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role.
• Working knowledge of word processor, database and spreadsheet software.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
