The Deployment Lead will oversee and manage the deployment process, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in material handling, employee guidance, configuration production and quality assurance. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of materials, managing production workflow, and providing support to the production team. In this role, you will train employees, monitor their performance, and ensure efficient handling and organization of materials.

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee the receiving and preparation of materials needed for deployment.

• Ensure that materials are properly handled, organized, and ready for production.

• Offer support to production staff, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Oversee the configuration production process, ensuring all configurations are built according to specifications and quality standards.

• Provide comprehensive training to employees on configuration production tasks and procedures.

• Plan, monitor, and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.

• Provide ongoing support to production staff, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues.

• Manage the preparation of orders for shipping, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.

• Ensure proper handling and organization of materials throughout the fulfillment process.

• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that all orders meet company standards before shipment.

• Conduct regular inspections of outgoing orders to verify accuracy and quality.

• Experience in production support, quality assurance, and employee performance monitoring.

• Strong understanding of production workflows and configuration processes.
