• Customer Engagement: Connect with homeowners who have shown interest in our top-notch products through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
• Sales Strategy: Use our proven sales methodology to provide detailed information about our window and door projects, including features, pricing, and benefits.
• Performance Metrics: Achieve quality, productivity, and turnaround time expectations.
• Appointment Scheduling: Highlight the value of in-home consultations and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 1+ years in Inside Sales and/or Call Center roles.
• Flexibility: Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Call Center Skills: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
