Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic team in the oil and gas industry? Premium Oilfield Technologies is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our Field Sales and Operations teams. In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a key part in driving efficiency and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to field sales and operations teams.

• Manage calendars, coordinate travel, and schedule appointments.

• Serve as a liaison between internal departments and field personnel.

• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and operational updates.

• Enter and maintain accurate sales and operational data.

• Respond to customer inquiries and route communications appropriately.

• Assist with the planning of client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

• Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

• Maintain organized internal records and databases.

• Assist during meetings, training sessions, and briefings.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Sales or Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

• Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles, ideally in oil & gas, drilling, or industrial sectors.

• Exceptional organization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
