Join our team at an upscale 300-unit, Class A residential community in desirable Alpharetta, GA. We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find their perfect home.

What You'll Do:

• Create exceptional experiences for prospective residents through personalized property tours
• Showcase our premium amenities and build meaningful connections with potential residents
• Utilize your sales expertise to help prospects discover the perfect floor plan for their lifestyle
• Maintain detailed knowledge of available units, community features, and local neighborhood highlights
• Collaborate with our property management team to ensure seamless move-in experiences

What You'll Bring:

• Previous apartment leasing experience
• Strong sales ability and marketing instincts
• Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor
• Availability to work three to four weekends per month
