The Role

We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator/Admin to support and strengthen our growing People Ops program. In this role, you’ll help drive internal initiatives, coordinate onboarding and employee engagement activities, manage daily administrative tasks, and contribute to the ongoing development of internal systems and processes. You’ll work closely with the Director of People Operations to help create an experience where employees thrive from day one and feel supported throughout their journey at EO Solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing internal documents, ordering office supplies, and supporting general office operations
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding logistics (documentation, welcome packets, internal tools), and support smooth transitions during offboarding
  • People Ops Systems & Tools: Assist in the development and maintenance of internal systems (like our employee portal), including light programming, organization of digital content, and ongoing updates
  • Design & Communication: Create flyers and digital materials for internal events, awareness campaigns, and cultural moments
  • Documentation & Process Support: Help build and maintain SOPs, templates, and internal resources related to HR, onboarding, and employee experience
  • Employee Engagement & Events: Support planning and execution of company events, employee spotlights, cultural celebrations, and wellness initiatives
  • Data & Reporting: Track and organize key employee data, assist in survey distribution and analysis, and contribute to process improvement tracking
  • Project Support: Collaborate on special initiatives such as the internship program, professional development trainings, and university partnership development

Qualifications

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating new systems, updating internal web portals, and handling light programming and design tasks
  • Detail-Oriented: You naturally catch inconsistencies, double-check your work, and stay organized even in fast-moving environments
  • Creative Communicator: You can design visually appealing flyers and internal resources and communicate clearly across teams
  • Self-Starter: You take initiative, manage your time effectively, and can work independently or collaboratively
  • Relationship-Oriented: You’re energized by helping others, building connections, and creating positive employee experiences
  • Organized & Reliable: Able to juggle multiple administrative tasks with professionalism and follow-through
  • Experience: 1–3 years in People Ops, HR, office operations, or project coordination; experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
