Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager to join our team in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our installation crews through effective training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for new hires and service personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
• Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching and support to installation crews to enhance their performance and skills.
• Quality Control: Review and troubleshoot installations to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
• Daily Operations: Meet with service technicians each morning to review and discuss daily schedules.
• Tool Management: Approve tool purchases for installation crews.
• Scheduling: Assist in maintaining the scheduling goals.
• Recruitment: Help with interviewing and onboarding new installation crews and service technicians.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure company vehicles are well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of window replacement experience.
• Knowledge of construction.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
