We are seeking an innovative HR Technology AI Implementation Consultant with deep expertise in researching and configuring AI-driven features within Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow platforms. In this influential role, you'll pioneer cutting-edge solutions that transform how organizations leverage AI to enhance HR operations, driving efficiency and automation across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on AI features within Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow, evaluating their business impact and technical feasibility to deliver strategic value.
- Participate in a dynamic tiger team working to drive AI capabilities and establish best practices for implementation across HR functions.
- Configure and optimize AI-driven functionalities to enhance HR operations, improve user experience, and streamline processes for maximum efficiency.
- Stay at the forefront of HR technology trends, particularly those related to AI and automation, creating compelling presentations and metrics that articulate their implications for the organization.
- Develop and present detailed reports, recommendations, and roadmaps for AI adoption within HR systems.
- Research and ensure AI configurations comply with data privacy, security, and ethical standards.
- Provide comprehensive training and documentation to HR teams on AI-enabled functionalities to ensure successful adoption.
