Visual Designer

Location: Hybrid - Vienna, VA 22180

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our client's creative team. In this role, you will conceive visual design solutions for complex product initiatives through composition, typography, and interaction models. You will be responsible for maintaining engaging, on-brand deliverables while driving cross-channel projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project execution plans and deployment schedules
• Implement UX design projects of moderate to complex scope
• Resolve complex design problems with innovative solutions
• Work independently with limited guidance on moderately complex projects
• Deliver designs that create significant business impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design capabilities
• Minimum of 3 real-world examples of direct Visual Design/Product Design work
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
