We’re currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our orthodontic team.

Position Summary

As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for new orthodontic patients and play a vital role in guiding them through their treatment journey. From initial consultation to financial coordination, you will ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient and their family.

Key Responsibilities

Greet new patients warmly and guide them through the consultation process
Present treatment plans recommended by the orthodontist clearly and confidently
Educate patients on the benefits of orthodontic treatment and answer all related questions
Discuss financial arrangements, insurance coverage, and payment plan options
Coordinate scheduling of treatment start dates and follow-up appointments
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within the patient management system
Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to ensure seamless patient care
Follow up with patients who are pending treatment to support case acceptance
Represent the practice with professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in dental/orthodontic front office required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in presenting financial options
Knowledge of dental insurance and third-party financing (e.g., OrthoFi, CareCredit)
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a busy environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (experience with Edge Cloud or OrthoFi is a plus)
Warm, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
