Location: On-site – Hampton Roads, VA (Field-based across ICON Smile Studios locations)
Type: Part-Time or Cross-Functional RoleRole Summary:
The Community & Referral Liaison builds lasting relationships with general dentists, schools, and local organizations to drive high-quality referrals to ICON Smile Studios. This role is essential to expanding our brand presence in the community and increasing interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and build relationships with local general dentists, pediatricians, and school administrators

Organize and deliver referral kits and event invitations

Represent ICON Smile Studios at community events and school presentations

Track referral sources and coordinate follow-ups with front office teams

Support special campaigns and promotions with community outreach
Ideal Qualifications:

Outgoing, personable, and skilled in relationship-building

Experience in dental, medical, or community outreach roles

Able to manage time independently and travel locally as needed

Professional presence and strong communication skills
