💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Area Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your region — coordinating projects, managing equipment flow, ensuring compliance, and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be the go-to leader driving performance, safety, and process alignment across the field.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Planning and ordering all equipment and materials needed to keep rigs operating smoothly

• Overseeing equipment logistics and transfers across repair facilities and third-party vendors

• Verifying that billing is accurate and timely — keeping financials on point

• Leading your team to follow Premium’s standardized processes and procedures

• Managing equipment quality control before deployment

• Tracking project timelines, asset availability, and regional revenue

• Coordinating manpower support for upcoming MPD projects

• Supporting your team by approving time and expense reports — fast and fair

🧩 What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of experience in RCD/MPD operations or oilfield service management

• A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments

• Strong knowledge of logistics, planning, and ERP systems (Epicor is a plus)

• A keen eye for detail — especially when it comes to compliance and quality

• Clear, confident communication and team-building skills
