Here's how you'll become a key player with this opportunity:

You’ll be the trusted partner clients turn to for guidance, clarity, and results—owning the customer experience from launch to long-term success and uncovering the insights that help both the client and the team win.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

  • Guide enterprise clients post–Go Live, handling user communication, training, content creation, webinars, and operational support
  • Monitor usage, engagement, performance data, and transactional success to identify trends and risks
  • Deliver tailored recommendations to increase platform adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in recurring business reviews and engage in strategic account discussions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, Operations, and Sales to ensure clear, timely issue resolution
  • Analyze support data, surface opportunities for improvement, and work with leadership to expand account value

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • 1–2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS, fintech, procurement, or enterprise tech
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with consistent quality of service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English; a second language is a plus
  • Confidence working with data to identify trends and support decisions
  • Quick to learn technical systems and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable spotting growth opportunities in client accounts
  • Organized, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving space
  • Remote-first mindset, with availability to travel once or twice a year

Pay Range: 

$60,000 - $80,000 annually
