As part of our growing Total Care team, you’ll help strengthen our aftermarket business and make a real impact on customer success and satisfaction.What You’ll Do
As our Inside Sales – Aftermarket representative, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers to grow part sales, field service, and service contracts. You’ll use data and customer insights to re-engage clients, identify service opportunities, and position our offerings in a way that adds real value.Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Analyzing customer data to identify buying patterns and service opportunities
- Engaging with customers via phone, email, and video to promote parts, services, and contracts
- Creating and managing quotes using multiple ERP systems
- Maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecasting in Salesforce
- Partnering with Field Service to develop reports and present service value to customers
- Supporting ongoing customer satisfaction efforts
- Preparing presentations and participating in remote sales conversations
- Reviewing customer feedback to ensure our service offerings remain competitive
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or a combination of education and experience)
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A valid U.S. driver’s license
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%) for onboarding or customer visits
