Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Wilmington, MA

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage the CMMS system (FIIX) for PM scheduling and Work order requests
• Manage the schedule for all work order requests
• Day-to-day maintenance support throughout the facility
• Manage the requests of Purchase Orders and approvals of Invoices as needed
• Develop relationships with vendors and manage all vendor communications
• Work cooperatively with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality
• Verify the completion of all PM related work Forms and ensure they are all within the company’s documentation procedures
• Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned

 
Qualifications and experience
 
Required Skills: 

• Demonstrated ability to monitor own work to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Able to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of computer added design (SolidWorks preferred)
• Must adhere to quality and safety standards established by FDA and other regulatory agencies.
• Ability to work overtime, extended hours, and weekends as business demands.
