Job Title: Senior Director of Information Technology (IT)
Location: Marietta, GA
Reports To: Chief Information Officer
Job Type: Full-TimePosition Summary:
The Senior Director of Information Technology plays a key leadership role in shaping and executing the organization’s IT strategy. This position is responsible for assisting in the strategic planning, implementation, and management of IT systems and infrastructure to support scalable, secure, and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in leading, mentoring, and managing the IT department to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, hardware, software, and applications.

Support IT budgeting processes, procurement activities, and vendor contract management to ensure cost-effective and compliant solutions.

Help develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards that ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.

Lead disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity planning and execution.

Partner with executive leadership and department heads to understand business needs and deliver effective IT solutions.

Monitor IT system performance, identify risks, and present improvement opportunities to senior management.

Ensure the IT environment remains secure and compliant, including managing cybersecurity risks and incident response.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT leadership, ideally in a Senior Director or similar capacity.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and complex projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with executive stakeholders.

Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.

- Pay Range
- $175,000.00 Annually to $185,000.00 Annually
