Property Details: 400-unit, Midrise

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing activities for a new, 400-unit midrise apartment community
• Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective residents
• Execute lease agreements and handle associated paperwork
• Implement marketing strategies to attract potential residents
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Utilize social media platforms to promote the property and engage with the community

Required Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Proven sales and marketing abilities
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Proficiency in social media management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 3-4 weekends per month and some evenings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in new construction, midrise leasing
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends
