They're seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of innovative digital products that will impact millions of customers and drive the success of our digital strategy.
In this role, you will transform complex workflows and information into intuitive user experiences. Leveraging your expertise in Design Thinking, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate discussions, develop concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to harness collective creativity. You'll refine your storytelling skills to effectively communicate your vision and design rationale, ensuring alignment with the broader team. You are someone who thrives in both conceptual exploration and meticulous refinement, with a curious mindset and a passion for shaping the future of design.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to develop innovative features and refine workflows, enhancing the digital experience. You will demonstrate a strong perspective with the ability to present a design vision and strategy through sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes. You can clearly communicate design rationale, logic, and research to support well-informed decisions to executives and other stakeholders across the company. You are a culture carrier, helping to lead, mentor, and work alongside fellow designers to bring this vision to life. You bring your eye for detail and craft excellence to the team, engaging in peer design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the team's work.
What You Bring to the Team
- A strategic mindset with a systems-thinking approach to simplifying complexity.
- A strong perspective and the ability to advocate for design and inclusive experiences effectively.
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally and delivering successful products.

- Hands-on experience with Design Sprints and Customer Journey Mapping.
- A holistic problem-solving approach, considering multiple perspectives to craft well-rounded solutions.
- A history of mentoring and guiding designers.
- A self-motivated, organized individual who can identify and self-initiate their priorities and continuously seeks improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a strong drive to work quickly and effectively within a high-performing, cross-functional product team. Our client thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with teams spread across the East Coast, Midwest, and West Coast. They are committed to the iterative process of discovering and delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking the following:

- A bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Appreciation for all forms of design and how they collaborate—interaction, visual, content, motion, and research.
- Expert proficiency with Figma, Miro, usertesting.com, Dovetail and other relevant domain software consistent with industry standards.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects demonstrating your design process, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
